Speaker’s Bios:
Mr. Ken Lo is currently a Founding Member of ZhongAn Technologies International Group Limited. He is also a regional leader in driving business, partnership (TMT, Fintech) and digital transformation in Financial Service industry, combining 10 years+ of consulting and hands-on experience at retail & corporate banking, insurance and digital spaces. Ken specialises in defining and implementing strategies and projects including market entry, target operating model design, multichannel strategy, customer segmentation, user-led product design, salesforce effectiveness, operations excellence and digital commercialization. He has been working in different international firms such as HSBC, EY, KPMG, McKinsey & Co etc. before joining ZhongAn Technologies International Group Limited. He graduated from HKUST with an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Management plus also a Master of Science degree in Investment Management.
