Ms. Connie Cheung is currently Head of Greater China Watson Customer Engagement at IBM. Connie is responsible for leading to bring Smart to Marketing, Supply Chain and Commerce profession in Greater China area with Watson Customer Engagement Solutions – one of the leading AI-embedded Solutions in the industry. Previously, she led several transformational business and initiatives in the company, like cloud technology, innovation ecosystem and AI Solutions in China and the US. Prior to IBM, Connie started her career as investment banker at Credit Agricole and investment management at Fidelity in Hong Kong. She had extensive experience in Asian financial industry. She received a MBA degree from MIT Sloan and BBA (Information Systems & Finance) from HKUST.
