Additional Major Selection for Students admitted in 2022-23

Choosing an additional major is optional. If you have got a BBA major and decide to apply for an additional major, the procedure is the same as that for your major selection.
You can choose up to 3 programs in the order of your preference, and the program requirements and ranking criteria are the same as those for major selection.

| Eligibility
|

|
| 1. |
Must already have a major. GBM students are not eligible; |
| 2. |
Must complete two years of study (or one year for senior year intake students); |
| 3. |
CGA: 2.3 or above; |
| 4. |
Passed or have credit transfer for the following business core courses, including ACCT2010, ACCT2200, ECON2103/2113, ECON2123, FINA2303,
ISOM2010, ISOM2020, ISOM2500, ISOM2600, ISOM2700, MARK2120, MGMT2110, MGMT2010, MATH1003/1012/1013/1020/1023 |

Before you apply for an additional major, please read the additional major selection exercise website carefully. When submitting your application, please ensure all information provided is correct. |

Some programs may require interview during 6-7 Jul 2022. Invitation will be sent to shortlisted candidates by email. |

| 4. |
You will receive a confirmation email 10 minutes after you submit the application with your program choice(s), confirming that the system has received your application. If no confirmation email is received, please check your junk mail box or contact bmug@ust.hk for assistance immediately. |

| 5. |
During the application period, applicants can amend choices and information provided. However, all choices and information will be frozen and no amendment will be allowed after the application period. |

| 6. |
Your application will be sent to the relevant major departments for further consideration. Offers will be given depending on students’ academic performance, interview performance (if applicable), quotas of majors and specific program requirements. |
